Compared to those games, yes it's quite good. On its own as well it's pretty fun. I enjoyed it anyway. You should be able to run it on medium to high settings, I don't know about the optimization, and I haven't played it myself on PC, however it's laggy enough on the PS3 version sometimes and judging by that I'd say the optimization may be bad or mediocre. You should run it on tweaked medium settings with 30+FPS however judging by the requirements. EDIT: I looked up and it appears that the optimization isn't that great, according to quite a lot of users. Still you should still get close to my predictions.

I would go with low - medium at that resolution with good enough FPS :)
