Does this game have multi-core support?
nope, if you buy the steam version do not expect high fps at all, i mean 10 fps in normal scale battles, doesnt overly matter due to it being a strategy not an fps
Can I run this?
You may run this fine at lowest settings. I use to play this game on my laptop that had an Pentium Dual Core T4300 2.1GHz and its iGPU an Intel GMA 4500M

Also be carefull with very large battle with the units 's scale, because as you can imagine, it is a lot more demanding.
I have to run on medium and i still drop to 20 fps!!!! -.-

Maybe because of the unit's scale ?
