i cant play this game on max settings on 1024-768 it gives me 15 fps

you will be able to at low-medium settings, just change your graphical settings and you will see a good 30fps

I think this game has a maximum resolution of 1024x768, but you can max this game out with more than 35 fps, good luck ;)

My old computer (with a HD 6450) could play this game with a resolution of 1920x1080 (highest resolution for this game) without any framedrops/lag. don't know if it was 30 or 60 fps.
So you can run it at ultra in FHD.

Yeah could be. I only know I was playing it with the following specs at 1080p with everything as high as possible and had no stutters:
Pentium E5200 (dual core @ 2.5GHz)

Yes I know however my old pc was not as good as his fx-8320 cpu and gt640 ;) just saying that he can easily max this game at max resolution (which is 1080p) with that rig if I could already do that with my old one.

LOL. Why is anyone asking if that game from 2004 is running on their rig? :D It surely runs on all rigs newer than 7 years...
BTW: Test my SweetFX preset for that game out! There also stands how to run at FullHD and get the best out of it... ;)

Try maxing it but trust me you won't even be able to see the car if you only had the processor so yeah most probably you will be able to achieve 25-30 FPS

Some people say they want Underground 3. I say: "Be careful what you wish for". Games these days are not what they used to be... If EA (or whoever) do decide to make the 3rd part, I'm afraid it will be a BIG disappointment... They will make an attractive trailer to make people pay 50-60 euros, and then, guess what...
