Yes, the system requirements are wrong. According to Riot, even a Pentium 4 3.0GHz can run LoL without any problems.

Game Debate's system requirements are often wrong or too strict. LoL ran fine on my old netbook with 768MB RAM (X), Radeon HD 6290 (X) and AMD C-60 1.0GHz (X). It got a RED X instead of grey, indicating that its time to upgrade the PC.

However, it ran at 25-40FPS in lowest settings (800x600) :D

Although your CPU isn't that great (dual-core i7), you can easily run this at low-medium settings (60FPS).

Open task manager and set the priority of the client to High. Or use Razer Game Booster (aka Razer Cortex) to smoothen ur fps

Game Debate system requirements are often wrong or too strict. I had a Eee PC 1015BX netbook which could run LoL in lowest settings at 30-35 FPS (1024x600). Its CPU had the same performance of a Pentium 4 HT 3.0GHz and the video card was a mobile version of the Radeon R5 230 (weaker than FX 5950).

this is 100% bullsh*t what you are talking about, like you even know anything about PCs, and LoL is optimized for older PCs too, so im not surprised. i can run with constant 60fps with frame cap

If you can, get a Radeon 9550 or Radeon HD 3450 (AGP) and 1GB extra DDR-400 RAM. LoL would easily run at 25-35FPS in lowest settings if you have upgraded to 2GB RAM + HD 3450.

Although the HD 3000 is known for being the S3 ViRGE of today (very poor 3D performance), you can run LoL easily on low-medium settings because of your CPU.
