Judging from reactions of members with similar rig, I'd say yes. Med settings would be apt.For modern games however, I'd suggest you upgrade.

Actually I've been able to run this game on 1024x768 and High setting with No AA of course at a smooth 45+ FPS

I have not played this game so I am not sure if it has physx but even if it has you better disable it with your specs, also reduce your resolution for better FPS if needed.
