if you drop to 1080p should run nicely i can run it on amd a9 8gb ram and integrated graphics

Try it, i was running this game on intel GMA 3000 and it crashes after first cutscene :S I haved cpu:1.8 dual and 1.5 gb ram..

You can max it without AA. I would upgrade your GPU to something like a GeForce GTX 750 Ti if I were you, and you'd be able to max or run most new games at High settings.

Mac Pros are very expensive. You can actually get a much better custom PC for the same price which allows you to play EVERYTHING on ULTRA. Because, Apple is another over these overpriced brands.

You cannot get GTX Titan Z because it has been released nowhere. Xeon is a processor for servers, which is a bit overkill for gaming and totally not optimized for it.

Not sure if it works on Windows 8.1, but you should be able to run with Medium/High settings no AA.
