My rid is similar to yours. By "smooth" I assume dragan95 is on about 30-40 fps. I run it with my rig and rarely hit 60fps. Because of the erratic fps sliding, I am forced to enable V-Sync at half the rate to lock @ 30fps to prevent it

Unless you actually spend a significant amount of time away from home and gaming (which you'll need to be plugged in for, gaming on battery is terrible) then a gaming laptop is pretty much a total waste of money. My rig cost me roughly 2g, and a gaming laptop that could even begin to compete would be 3-4g. And they are pretty much impossible to update/expand, while I can simply add components whenever I feel like it.

This is true. If you pay that 1500 dollars on a PC it will be max res + max settings at 60+ fps for sure! But with a laptop.... hmmmrr.... It won't be a bad thing of course but it will still have less power then if you bought a pc of that money.
example: A pc for 650 dollars is the same as a laptop of 1200 dollar

Don't buy it. its horribly optimized and even people with a GTX 760 get around 30 fps when its ultra and on lowest settings. no difference at all

played on this game around 8 hours from launch no problem anyway left it for like a week cause been on COD GHOSTS. anyway came on it today after a few updates needed but when i loaded my game im now getting as low as 7 FPS this game is worse than poorly optimized

Well, I'm running at 720P, very lowest settings and it's still not playable. Less than 25FPS, and my GPU is basically a better version of your's.
