Assassins Creed requires at least a Radeon HD 3800 series or GeForce 9600 GT 512MB to meet recommended requirements running on high graphics setting, with 1080p resolution. This hardware should achieve 60FPS. System memory required for Assassins Creed is 2 GB performance memory. I feel you can run it. You may not be able to run it on ultra or at 1440p but you probably could run it. Your specs seem better than mine. I can run AC 1, 2, and Brotherhood. If I can run them, you can probably run them better than I can.

I live in Serbia and I don't have that much cash to spare to buy a new rig. I barely managed to pay the repairs of this old dinosaur and an upgrade to add 1Gb of RAM. I'll just upgrade it with a new graphics card and add more RAM.

Haha ma iz BiH sam ja ali problem ti je ta graficka od 64mb ja se sjecam davno da sam pokusao na nekoj od 256 mb pa nisam mogao,graficka ti je najveci problem ram imas samo da graficku imas malo jacu mogao bi bez problema.

Nope sorry buddy, but that chipset GPU is pretty bad, you won't be getting acceptable framerate even on the lowest setting.

Sorry for the late response, I leave this here if anyone also has the doubt:
the game will run fine on any Intel HD Graphics GPU, the setting and FPS depends on which model. but it will not run on most Graphics media accelerator chipsets
