I voted yes because...its requirements are so low you could run ultra 4k at well over 100fps.

I ran this on a i3 4170 and intel hd 4400 and didn't have a problem. Not hard to run at all

So, in case if anybody wonders, you can play this game on a pretty bad Atom Notebook with 30fps. Use frame skip.
Tested on: Atom N450 1.66GHz, GMA3150, 2GB RAM

When you say "O this game isn't heavy game at all, I can play this on my 10kb intel gpu" look at your resolution !

the graphic card requeriments are wrong
i can play terraria whit 50-60 FPS

its a 2d game mate , you can run it with the occasional lag
