Hmm, not sure. All your hardware parts are up to the task, but your integrated graphics are the bottleneck. Depending on how well it's optimized, 60FPS on lowest + 1280 x 720 should be doable.

I suppose its cause of multiple objects at screen. I got a slight noticiable slowdown when playing lego star wars iii clone wars splitscreen.

Maybe its something TT is still working on.
