Absolutely, 60fps even at 1080p. If you have a lower res monitor, or are fine running at a lower res; you can even run it on ultra at -60fps average around 720p. If you try ultra at a lower res and get some drops, lower shadow quality and ambient occlusion; that'll most likely remove them. Shader quality is another potential option to drop as well. But, you're good for high without a doubt.

my other system has Radeon R7 M445. but GD has no option for it. could it run the game with the same processor as above?

few years ago, i ran it with a laptop,( 512mb vram, 4 gb ram, 2.3 ghz cpu), so yes i think you can, don't expect high fps tho
