Worms 4: Mayhem is a 3D artillery game[1] in the Worms series developed by Team17. It is much like its 3D predecessor Worms 3D, except that players can customize their worm's appearance (hats/helmets, glasses, facial hair, gloves/hands) as well as create their own unique weapons in an added feature called "The Weapon Factory." The game also contains a shop where users can buy various items, using points won by completing story missions, activities or unlocking trophies. Shop items include new maps, new accessories and attire, personality banks (voices) and game styles. There are several new weapons included in the new game such as Bubble Trouble, Icarus Potion, Poison Arrow, Sniper Rifle, Inflatable Scouser, Tail Nail and Starburst (Which, in fact, only replaces the Kamikaze).

The best chance at playing Worms 4: Mayhem at recommended sys specs on a 1920x1080 screen resolution will be if your PC has at least the GeForce FX 5700 Ultra/Radeon X1300 256MB graphics card. The CPU required to meet recommended requirements is either an AMD Athlon XP 2000+ or Intel Pentium 4 2.0GHz processor. This type of gaming rig will deliver you around the 60 Frames per second. For your PC to completely meet the recommended requirements you will also need 512 MB system memory. Another thing to consider is the DirectX capability of your GPU. Worms 4: Mayhem needs a GPU capable of running DirectX 9.
