its not a very HD game... more of a re-release with compatability fixes like FFVII
still worth the play though :)
and you can mod it easier than FFVII so it can look better if you want it to

Final Fantasy 8 was a great game. For the time it had decent graphics, interesting magic and junction system, and a great story line riddled with side-quests. I would definitely play again (already played through 7 or 8 times!)
