Yes but it depends on how many addons you have too, the more addons the higher the requirements.
I recommend you get a dedicated gpu, then it'll be great.

I had a bad laptop and it ran it on max setting no AA a little over 30 fps(it drops when there are too many items on screen).
You can max it out 1080p most likely over 30 and maybe 40 fps im not for sure(in creative).
In the multiplayer games you should get over 40 maybe more.

Its a bigger resolution then what you have, your res is 720p

Just says HD, so 720p or 1080p. I doubt it would be 1440p.
His res is probably in between 720p and 1080p, but yea theres no way its 1440p

Your laptop/PC is pretty good so don't worry you can run this game Easy at max(maybe a little AA so you can get a lot of FPS) 1080p or 720p with a lot of add-ons
