I know how you feel... The only decent FPS with weapon customization that run nice on my laptop are A.V.A, Operation 7 ( dead AF ) and BFP4F (ping goes 50-300 )

No, look at the specs, it says 3gb and you have 2gb, so you need 1 more gb, but maybe you can play it but it will be VERY laggy

I have 2 Ram and i run it at low settings with very little lag so if you want you can play it enjoy the game.
