GRID has rapidly become the heir to TOCA’s throne, and GRID Autosport looks to take this comparison a step further with a more realistic and authentic stab at professional racing
To mix things up a bit for GRID: Autosport there’ll be five different types of motorsport, each with a dedicated series of cars available for them, ranging from supercars to prototypes and your classic touring cars. Codemasters is promising that the final release of GRID: Autosport will come packing more than 100 tracks spread over 22 locations, ranging from rallying to street-racing.

Oh man, I didn't mean to be rude, but as I said in my previosly posts that GRID 2 felt laggy, and so is this GRID Autosport have got the same problem. Anyway no problem for the member, I know its difficult to calculate if I can run the game

actually the handling got better in my opinion .they received huge backlash after attempting to get the casual gamers attention by grid 2's arcade handling style. this is much more realistic not a full-on simulator but something between the two leaning towards realistic. you cant initiate a drift just by tapping the brake at high speed in a corner instead you'll slide right off the track and cars actually feel they are heavy and have weight.still , everybody has their opinion

Just wanted to give a reference for all of you who are wondering how demanding the HD texture pack is:
All settings maxed out with the pack + 16x QCSAA = avrg 47 FPS in-game benchmark (low 36 max 63) This game is very well optimized and if you don't bother with AA , you should try the pack.

download this game yesterday play it on my rigs, with default settings got, 15 fps, but with ultra low settng got 25-30 fps. :D

hey , has anyone downloaded the high-res texture pack? I'm wondering what setup you need to pull a 60 fps 1080p on that Texture pack (no AA , all ultra) cause I wanna download it and I hear It's super optimized but I don't think I'll be able to get 60 avg. Any ideas?

I've seen some early benchmarks, and the game seems to be well optimized even with the high-res texture pack. So you should be able to max the game (maybe no with max AA) and still get around 50-60fps.
