The game seems to be locked at 30 fps. By default the game runs at 720p and it's kinda buggy then but when you change your settings it runs fine.

I struggle to hit 30 fps on low settings for this even though it seems I have the proper rig but it could do with the fact it has physx and no way to take it off, oh well its early access so hopefully it will become more optimized.
