I voted no because...at ultra... With a 1060 that cpu can do it. With the 1050 ti id suggest hoy to play at high details.

You'll be able to run it at 60fps at Medium, just make sure the VRAM to keep at bay.

I voted yes because my PC has Core i3-3217U 1.8 ghz , 2gb vram geforce 710, 6gb ram and on low settings it runs almost without lag at 27-40 fps

Is anyone else having stuttering issues with this game? I can't seem to fix it and it happens every time when a new round is starting and sometimes when I shoot. Any ideas as to why is this happening?

maybe you are exceeding the VRAM limit. Usually when you exceed the Graphics Card VRAM, you might have a decent frame, but stutter/freeze would be imminent.
