Low res maybe 1024 or as low as possible everything low i can turbo boost my cpu to 2.8ghz

Undervolted CPUs (marked with that U) are terrible for gaming. And the gpu is far too weak.

Yeah. That is more than enough, even though AMD APUs work best when paired with a Radeon dedicated card in asynchronous CrossfireX.

The game runs and looks great, even when not in 1080p. The only issue is when you have a slow connection, as the game will black screen.

Yeah. And to get extra performance disable VSYNC in game and enable it in nVidia Control Panel (at the bottom of 3d options). I always do it like that and get atleast 20% more fps in any game, in some games even up to 100% more, e.g. WRC4.

geforce 400 series were the first cards to fully support dx11. 200 series had only partial support (basically you get some performance improvement that comes with dx11, but you don't get any new dx11 related tech like tesselation).

Not sure, but you might. Just disable vsync in game and enable it in nvidia control panel (set it either to on or to adaptive).
