PC System Analysis For NBA 2K15 Requirements
NBA 2K15 will require Radeon R7 260X graphics card with a Core i7-860 Quad 2.80GHz or FX-8120 processor to reach the recommended specs, achieving high graphics setting on 1080p. For your PC to completely meet the recommended requirements you will also need 4 GB system memory. To run NBA 2K15 even on low graphics settings your PC will require at least a 256MB GeForce 8600 GT 512MB GDDR3 / Radeon HD 3600 Series with a Core 2 Duo E4400 2.0GHz or Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4000+ CPU. This will return an average of 30 frames per second. Don't try and play NBA 2K15 without 2 GB, which helps get the 30FPS Another thing to consider is the DirectX capability of your GPU. NBA 2K15 needs a GPU capable of running DirectX 11.00.

The game barely runs on my old FX 4130 AMD Radeon 7850 8GB Ram PC. The funny thing is NBA 2k16 & 17 runs a lot better on my PC than 2K15. NBA 2k15 was poorly optimized. My old CPU is stronger than that Athlon. No way this runs on your PC.
