Your CPU is way to slow to play this game
so if you had an i7 processor then you could run the game on low maybe medium

you can, at pretty much high settings. you have a far better cpu power than mine so it should suffice.

it says i can't run this game, but i can running this game on 720p with low setting and get 22-30 fps, even with low fps its still playable for me

Max setting at 1600-980 ( window mode ) since i like all my game like that CPU: A10-6700 GPU-R9 380 msi gaming 4gb Edition you don't need a i5-i7 cpu

Well right now running the game at its default med settings 1080p and getting FPS in the 20s at times. Forced to run the game in win 7 mode since it says it has stability issue or some crap like that.
