theHunter is a free to play PC game that recreates hunting wild animals in as realistic a manner as possible, on an open world area called Evergreen Hunting Reserves, based on the islands and surroundings of Washington State in the USA. theHunter is developed by Expansive Worlds.rnrnThe free game features one huntable animal type (Mule Deer) along with one weapon (the 243 Win Bolt Action Rifle) and subscribers obtain other animals, along with a variety of guns, bows and lures with which to hunt them. There are currently three playable environments, Whitehart Island, Logger's Point and Settler Creeks. More animals and huntable areas are continuously developed and added to the game.

on my rig I play at 1280x720 high textures and high scene complexity low shadows and 16x anisotropic filtering and I get 38-43fps

I was looking up if my school PC could run this, it's a Lenovo Thinkpad T530, I put everything in Intel HD Graphics 4000 and Intel Core i5 3230M 2.6GHz and the site tells me I can play it on HIGH? I start the game and I get 3-4 fps on LOW

Low/med is possible i think. But i still strongly suggest to upgrade your graphic card =I a HD 7770 or Gtx650ti is already enough to run the game smoothly on max =)
