but I cant run the game at high or max but it says on here I can run high.. is something wrong?

recommended specs need readjusted low graphics is all your gonna get on those specs. I have more then that and I get barely 30 40 fps on medium.

try lowering the graphics quality and resolution they won't differ from low to ultra so much "actually i love playing on low graphics "

Atrociously bad optimization, especially for AMD CPUs. Real recommended requirements are Core i5 6600K (preferably overclocked), GTX 1060 and 8 GB of RAM.

While the game is working for me, just zooming into a large battle lowers my FPS to less than 30.

This game is poorly optimized, I have a FX-8350, 2 MSI GTX 970's, and 16 GB of ram and despite what Can I Run It says I barely get 60 fps when on max performanc

It's pretty badly optimized and there is very bad support for Nvidia SLI. Get 2 AMD cards if you want to play this game in Crossfire.
