The best chance at playing Windows 10 at recommended sys specs on a 1920x1080 screen resolution will be if your PC has at least the GeForce GT 230/Radeon HD 4650 graphics card. The CPU required to meet recommended requirements is either an AMD Athlon 64 3200+ or Intel Pentium Dual Core E2180 2.0GHz processor. This type of gaming rig will deliver you around the 60 Frames per second. 2 GB will also be needed to achieve the Windows 10 rec specs and get 60FPS. Make sure your GPU can run DirectX 9 or Windows 10 won’t run. We suggest a 11 year old PC to play smoothly.
