no one can check cuz you have a desktop cpu and a mobile gpu. plus given the very weak nature of your mobile gpu (the m in the name is a huge giveaway) you arent running this at max since the recommended doesnt max it out.

now if you want to try and prove me otherwise, validate your rig and show what your components are.

Can I run Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin at 30FPS on low at 720p?
Xeon Processor E5450 GeForce GTX 1050 16GB

It's a Dual CPU (it has two Xeon E5450 processors, not really a gaming PC, but it was cheap), will that make any difference from a single CPU?

i think so since a 1050 will stomp a 750 let alone a 750m but they think a 750m will max this game out while a 1050 is weak and will limit the game.

your cpu is holding you back from a lot. you need to get a quad core for most new games, especially this one. sorry

at that resolution you should be able to medium to high. your cpu is the limiting factor but your resolution is low enough to help with that. good luck.

If you turn the settings down and keep the resolution low, sure. You're definitely not getting 60FPS though.
