Tales of Symphonia is a Japanese role-playing game released for the Nintendo GameCube on August 29, 2003 in Japan. It is published by Namco and is the fifth core product of the Tales series. The game was localized for North America on July 13, 2004 and in Europe on November 19, 2004. In Japan, the game was ported for the PlayStation 2 with additional content and was released on September 22, 2004.
The game takes place in a fictional world called Sylvarant and follows Lloyd Irving. Lloyd accompanies his childhood friend, Colette Brunel, who is destined to go on a journey to save their world. As their journey progresses, they learn that saving Sylvarant endangers Tethe'alla, a world parallel to their own.

Sorry this was the first time I entered a game and I didn't quite know how it works.
Just to clearify: This game is only available on PC if you emulate it (which is at least in my country legal if you own a copy of the game).
It is also available on PS2 and GameCube, which weren't options to chose, sadly.

It was released in EU and North America in 2004, it was only released in 2003 in Japan, as you can see in the describtion, which is not the back of the box but the first paragraph of the wikipedia article.
I'm sorry for my fails, and will try to make it better next time I submit a game.
