Can I run Naruto STORM 4 on my laptop
Intel core 2 duo p8700 2.53ghz, 2gb Ram, 128 mb video Ram, 1 GB Graphics Card, Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit, 255 GB HDD I don't mind if it's low Fps and Low resolution I just need to know will it run?

Your cpu might be the problem. Even I can run this game smooth 30fps on low so I'm pretty sure you can run it. I don't agree with it being badly optimized ;)
