Absolutely. Don´t worry about settings since there aren´t any in the game besides brightness. 30 fps if not more. It´s very entertaining. Sorry for the very late reply

You can update your gfx driver and dx. And you can try run it on medium settings.

I made sure of it before I downloaded that I had the latest GFX drivers and my dx is dx11 so I can't really update it much... xD Although there aren't any updates.

The game itself is awesome! The atmosphere, sounds, art etc. But in my opinion it's not really a full game - more like a game on websites similar to Armorgames (it really reminds a flash game).
