Of course even i can run mine 2k13 with minimum lag. Its good you can play in some small lag. You will play smooth on drills and shoot arounds but game-in court will cause lag because of the audience.

I doubt it, your gpu is really weak, but you can maybe get smooth fps rate at the lowest settings with lowered resolution since this game is older and you have newer drivers. But i'm not 100% sure.

I dont think so. You have a good enough processor but your graphics card is the problem. You can run it on all medium settings, 1024 x 768 res.
