You will be able to run it at ultra settings (disabling hairworks and hbao+) at 60 fps for most of the time. If you want to activate the gameworks options, you can max out the game having a stable 45 fps.

I voted no because...I do agree with Kokil, u definitly have a Bottleneck with this CPU. The Ram memory seems fine (and i guess its 1333 Mhz) Ur gpu isnt bad but lets say 75% of performance.
Medium might be 60 Fps but not that sure.

Hai peps, i played withcer 3 wild hunt(1.03 patch) on i53350p and this GPU, i had everything on ultra exept hair on every1(only on geralt) foliage and shadows on high.
I was keeping fps 40+ all the time.
Can i get 60 maxed now?

ked ultra with 40+fps, plus game is much more optimized then when i was playing, but havent played after 1.03 patch so cant be 100% sure
