What graphics setting would I have to use with an intel HD graphics 520 mobile (I can't upgrade it, its a laptop)

Low. It's an extremely resource intensive game. Worth a shot if you wanna spend the coin to test it out. Good luck!

Do not trust this fool!

Intel HD graphics 520 mobile is WAYYYY to weak to run the game. Safe your money and don't buy it.

Yeah you should have no problem. I'd start at medium and tweak from there. Good luck!

Not on highest settings, but more than likely after tweaking the settings a little bit, yes, you would be able to play on 60 fps. Ground clutter down mostly (this tanks fps like no other), and sky effects down too

I can run it , in ultra low , with a res of 1024*768 , it's lagging a little bit , but i have reached lv 16 with it
i will search for some tweaks to make it more faster and more reliable.
FPS = 19-24

Integrated graphics is by far your biggest performance bottleneck. Judging by your CPU you have a laptop. Unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to tweak much more to see significant gains. Recommend upgrading to a laptop with dedica

i get 40fps on tweaked meduim with dips to 20 often. if your hardware is worse then mine, dont even tihnk about it. NOTE I HAVE A DUAL CPU SYSTEM,SO ITS 2X BETTER THAN WHAT GD SAYS

Can i run it smooth on Medium with a decent view distance ?

Is it normal, that when i check the requirements my Intel CPU gets compared to the AMD CPUs ?

If I switch to my Integrated HD4400 (has 2GB RAM) would that be better ? Thx for your opinion so far

That should do the trick, from my experience, 1 gb of vram is baseline to run it on lowest settings(literally lowest EVERYTHING including render quality), so 2 gb should hold you just fine on medium-ish settings. (sky effects on lowest, and ground clutter probs lowest too, along with shadows)

One thing you could do, is download "Ark: Survival of the Fittest" battle royal game on steam (uses the same stuff as ark, and is made by the creators of ark) so it mostly has the same requirements to run, and is free to try out. That could give you an idea of how it would run

Considering you have a 980 ti, it should run around 45-60 fps if that's what you are aiming for. (turn off sky effects and turn down ground clutter though, those majorly eat at performance) I've personally used this video to boost my performance quite a lot -->"ARK Survival Evolved: Dramatically increase performance /

Nuuuu, it cut off the whole last part of my comment xD the video is "ARK Survival Evolved: Dramatically increase performance / FPS with any setup!" My bro who used it on his setup (also running a 980ti) allowed him to run ark at around 80fps on 1440p epic settings. Cheers, hope this helps!

80your CPU is enough but your GPU might cause problem as it has only 1gb VRam and this game is very demanding......
try on 720p/medium instead....
I only get 50(ish)FPS on Ultra 1080p with my 980Ti......

Should run for you at Medium settings, 40-50 fps depending on where you are in the world. Make sure to turn ground clutter off, and sky effects (helps bigtime with fps)

Should run at a respectable Medium settings, and framerate of 35-50 depending on where you are in the world. (like ive said in some other posts, make sure to turn off ground clutter and sky effects, it really improves the fps quite alot) fiddling with the render quality also improves fps alot. Another thing i noticed,

Its hard to say, having 6 gigs of ram could be a changer on your performance on here. If i was to go off only gpu and cpu, id say it would probably run on a mix of medium and low settings with like shadows turned down (sky effects and ground clutter off/low)

You can get 30 fps on low, but it will be a painful experience with common FPS drops. I say that you shouldn't consider this game unless you are willing to deal with FPS issues.

You could play ultra, but your CPU bottlenecks your GPU, so mid would be fine!

I'm playing on medium and the FPS is pretty bad, barely 30 :(
