Hey guys,
I wanted to ask something cos it's confusing me a lot.

See me rig? Well, at max settings on CS:GO it gets 30-60fps, and sometimes even drops under 30. Why?????? It's not a thermal issue. Low settings get 100-150fps.

I've heard that issue from a lot of people but no one seems to understand what's causing it.

He's just joking. It's common making fun of people with powerful hardware who ask questions on non-demanding games. Also, max settings and constantly above 100 fps.

you can barely play this at low settings with like 10-20fps, the problem is your cpu idk about your graphics, get a dual core pc with 3.0ghz and a decent video card and you can run this

I play on 1280x960 resolution , so how much fps would that be?
And what should i upgrade to get more fps?

1280x960 is very close to 720p, so maybe 70-103 fps on low and 54-75 fps on medium. You will probably want to upgrade your graphics card for more FPS, though don't get anything too good because your i5 650 will bottleneck you eventually. My GPU recommendations are as follows:

Powercolor HD 6950 - $60-80
Used GTX 460 - $40-60
GTX 750 ti - $110-145
Used HD 7870 - $95-160
Used GTX 470 - $70-100

The HD 6950 is my top choice as it is the perfect match for my CPU, and our CPU's aren't far between. If you are looking to save a little money, there is some pretty good deals on the GTX 460 used.

No, I wouldn't go for this game. I've had terrible experiences with GMA graphics (on my e5200) … it barely got me 6 fps in Minecraft. The GMA that you have also supports only 384 Mb of VRAM compared to the 512 Mb on the suggested HD 6450. This lack of video RAM won't help, alongside the slightly lack-luster 2gb of system memory that you have.

My top recommendation would be Team Fortress 2. It's free to play and very popular, not to mention how incredibly easy it is to run. Generally speaking, any 2-D game will run well, too. So Miniclip 8 ball pool, Adventure Capitalist, etc, could be good fun.

Ultra settings, 63+ fps, with a few dips down to 46 fps. You most likely will want to drop it down to low settings because this game really isn't about the graphics. Instead, you can go to low settings and get 70+ fps with some dips down to 60 fps.
