Okay people, this one is a two in one question.
I have the one above, I think it is probably a big "no" but I may be wrong.


Then, with an upgrade to an Athlon x4 880k and 8GB RAM, would this be enough to run DS3 ?

Okay, here's the deal : a dual core CPU isn't able to run Dark Souls 3. Don't bother, you will run into a no hitbox issue.
With an Athlon x4 880k and 4GB RAM, I have a solid 30fps 720p ultra

Sorry mate, the game is barely playable with an i7-4790 and a GTX 645 (800*600 low 30-40fps-, falls often below 20), which is more powerful than your actual GPU.

I voted yes because...Good enough specs for you to run at low-med, your only bottleneck is the GPU.
