Dwnload "D3DOverrider" setup with "d3d9.dll". Open the D3D.exe file and add PES2017.exe to it with High/VsyncOn/TripleBufOn. Close the file, no need to open before game. Now copy d3d9.dll to game dirctory. Game is poor optmsed since PES16.
