I voted yes because...I'm not totally sure about 60 FPS, but you definitely will be able to run it decently on high. If you set it to high then tweak a couple settings you should be good to go.

The vram minimum is 2GB so this game is going to be a tight fit for your 1GB card, but if you set everything at its absolute lowest then you should be able to play at 720P. Consider OCing the CPU and getting an RX 560 4GB.
