I voted no because... the recommende requirements are a 780 and if i use a bit of my brain cells i could tell you that it's not gonna be a 60 fps experience all the time since, well it's a bit obvious, no?

You'll be more than capable to do so, the only issues you may have are with CPU intensive aspects, unless you're installing absurd amounts of mods and summoning or spawning excessive creatures, you'll be more than equipt.

A couple of months ago I modded Skyrim with more than 200 mods and Real Vision ENB (medium) and while the end result looked very good I wasn't satisfied with the performance even after tweaking some settings (sttutering, frame dips) and the game still looked dated. Also the nights were too dark for even after tweaking

You'll be at a solid 60fps, unless you install excessive mods, but for the most part you'll be more than happy with the performance.

I voted no because I don't think you have enough VRAM to run the game on Ultra settings AND on 4k.

You dont have nearly enough ram. You should consider getting at least 8gb, your gpu needs it.

Time for a CPU upgrade, too. If you had a better CPU you could play on ultra with 30fps or more based on Fallout 4's performance with the 960.
