Death Stranding requires a Radeon RX 590 8GB graphics card with a Core i7-3770 4-Core 3.4GHz or Ryzen R5 1600 processor to reach the recommended specs, achieving high graphics setting on 1080p. Death Stranding needs a Core i5-3470 3.2GHz or Ryzen R3 1200 processor coupled with a GeForce GTX 1050 to get it to run minimum system requirements. This will return around 30FPS at 720p screen res on low graphics settings, but you can also adjust the settings further to tweak. Minimum RAM requirements are 8 GB system memory. Your graphics card will need to be capable of running DirectX 12. In short you need a 5 year old PC for best Death Stranding performance.

I voted yes because you're GPU is above the Recommended system requirements, and given that you plan on using high settings I don't see any reason why shouldn't hit 60+ FPS constantly.

You might be able to hit a constant 60FPS, if you lower some settings to medium (draw distance for example).

I doubt that the game will use 4 GB of VRAM at 1080p with medium settings, so you might be able to put some of em to high.
