The best chance at playing this at minimum sys specs on a 1280x720 screen res will be if your PC has at least the GeForce GTX 650 Ti/Radeon R7 260 graphics card. The CPU required to meet minimum requirements is a Phenom II X4 940/Core i5-680 3.6GHz processor. With that PC you will be getting around 30FPS on low graphics and may need to adjust some of the other Star Trek: Bridge Crew graphics options. You should also have 6 GB system memory for min specs.
