You need a Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz or FX-8350 processor coupled with a GeForce GTX 970 4GB to run Halo 5: Forge system requirements at recommended. You can expect to get around 60FPS at 1080p screen res on high graphics settings with this hardware. System memory required for Halo 5: Forge is 12 GB performance memory. Taking a look at the min reqs you will require a Radeon R7 260 graphics card with a Core i5-2500T 2.3GHz or Phenom II X4 965 processor to reach the minimum Halo 5: Forge specs, run on low graphics setting and 720p. System memory for min is 8 GB. Make sure your GPU can run DirectX 12.00 or Halo 5: Forge won’t run. Recommended needs around a 9 year old PC to run.

You will be fine, however, this game shares the stuttering framerate that Forza gets. Also, the store doesn't detect laptop GPUs so you need to download it using the Forge Bundle. It's just the game and the Halo app, but it doesn't check the requirements. Also, I haven't actually been able to play Forge or multiplayer because of network errors on their server. I've only tried the tutorial.

The store won't let you download it unless you meet the requirements, however, if you download the "Halo 5 Forge Bundle" the store does not check and lets you get it anyway. I meet the requirements but the store only detected my Intel GPU, so I had to download it that way.
