Anyone know how this runs on a 4 core 4 thread CPU? I know the minimum listed is an 8 thread, but I'm curious if anyone has attempted it anyways, and what their results were.

I voted no because..Mobile gtx 850 is at the level of desktop gt 740, far below minimum performance, and that mobile i7 is far below requrements for this extremely CPU intensive game. My desktop i5 4670k will need serious oc to run this

they went too far with this ****!!!! My i7 870 won't work at all, but i5 4670k might at low to medium settings.

When i scan my PC rig - GD GD showed me that I can not run "This system setup may be unable to run Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus... ". But today i install this game and... I can run and play. FPS 40-50 and high settings. It's strange but cool! Maybe GD scan make a mistake?

All requirements on GD come from the developer/publisher.
These requirements are very peculiar and don't make much sense to me. You can see our benchmarks on the site, a 1060 gets brilliant frames even on high settings.
This issue lies with Bethesda.

It will Dip below 60 FPs on Ultra but you will still be 40+ fps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9pDQCSI4Zms (not your card exactly, but it is a 3gb version of the 1060)

I am new to game debate. Just wanted to share that yes, i can run Wolfenstein II New Colossus at a good 40-60FPS with the High preset and MSAA setting. But you need a Vulkan capable GPU to run it dough, the CPU can be a bit older.

Welcome to Game-Debate!!! Congrats dude! Those are fantastic frames! Vulkan games seems to be pretty optimized! This game and Doom both make a very good argument for it! Just wish the rest of the AAA developers would listen!

Deferred rendering has increased FPS for a lot of people experiencing stuttering. For an in-depth explanation check out https://gamedevelopment.tutsplus.com/articles/forward-rendering-vs-deferred-rendering--gamedev-12342

yeah the total campaign is only 8.5 hours long(Prey is 16 hours) so if they did say a 2 hour demo they would be giving away a 4th of the game :/ kind of a sad day!.... THOUGH you can buy it on steam then play UNDER 2 hours and then you can request a refund and you will get it.
