Shadow of the Tomb Raider is using the Dawn Engine game engine. Your PC will need a graphics card thats as powerful as a GeForce GTX 1060/Radeon RX 480 8GB and it should be paired with either a Ryzen R5 1600/Core i7-4770K 4-Core 3.5GHz CPU to match the Shadow of the Tomb Raider recommended system specs. This PC setup will deliver 60 Frames Per Second on High graphics settings on 1080p monitor resolution. 16 GB will also be needed to achieve the Shadow of the Tomb Raider rec specs and get 60FPS. Shadow of the Tomb Raider needs a graphics card thats at least as powerful as a GeForce GTX 1050/Radeon R9 380 paired with FX-4300/Core i3-3220 3.3GHz CPU to match the min specs. This PC setup will deliver 25-35 Frame Per Second at Low graphics setting on 720p resolution. You should also have 8 GB system memory for min specs. You will require a DirectX 12.00 GPU. We suggest a 7 year old PC to play smoothly.

I have a core i7-6700k 16G RAM. Win10, game installed on SSD, I'd like to play it maxed. On my GTX1060 it's unplayable (20 fps). I changed for a RTX2060 and it's not as good as expected: 50 to 60 fps average, down to 30 in the jungle scene. It's very far from the figures I could find online. What can I do??

Cant get this to run properly on dx12.
Was crashing before, but after reinstalling nvidia drivers, I get low and inconsistent GPU usage.
Dx11 runs much better but just like Rise, it makes me CPU bound so I still drop below 40fps when "outside". Also cant run HDR on dx11.
I would like to blame my CPU but there's no reason for dx12 to run much much worse than dx11.
Any help wld be appreciated!

I have the card below yours (The 1050M) and I can't even run properly at 1080p on Medium. You might find your extra 2GB GPU Ram is enough for it to work on Medium but High? I doubt it.

Graphics Qual: Medium
The In-Game benchmark tool gives me an average of 40fps
Not got that far yet still some lag.
