Fallout 3 requires a Radeon HD 3800 series graphics card with a Core 2 Duo E4300 1.8GHz or Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3600+ processor to reach the recommended specs, achieving high graphics setting on 1080p. 2 GB will also be needed to achieve the Fallout 3 rec specs and get 60FPS. u'll be able to run it but with 1024x768 resolution u'll be lagging, my guess is
lowest settings+lowest resolution u MIGHT get 30 fps !

you should be able to run it between medium and high settings. just play with them until you get them how you want. use steam fps counter to help you out.
