Also, can anyone tell me what is the size of the installed and updated game folder?

I don't think you can play it with a decent fps, i get around 10-15 in town, and 12-27 in dungeon, so i don't think so. Size of files for me is 6.31 gb.

I'm having some troubles with fps drops when a skill of a character fills my entire screen. Maybe its cause the drivers of my graphic card?

if that's a laptop i think you need to change your video card settings to performance mode and check your thermals if your laptop gets too hot or not, if it does try to get a decent laptop fan cooler to help your laptop's heat a little bit

i think any setting would be fine, when your in town it might lag slightly but otherwise, your fps should stay above 30.

try lowering your graphics and try muting the game, i think it might be the games problem though since your specs are good.

I honestly find the sys req to be absurd. Everything is at max aside from the graphics since I don't like the depth of field affect, and more often than not I tend to see lag in dungeons, especially when mobs are just spammed everywhere.

You have a decent rig. So maybe it is ingame. If you are experiencing lag in a city it is normal. That is because there is a lot of players present. Maybe the problem is the Network connection. Try lowering your graphic setting.
