Very little known at the moment. This is not an expansion or remake of the 2003 game. It is an entirely new game based on the comic book XIII (pronounced thirteen) series. XIII Lost Identity does not seem to be coming out on console.
What is likely is that it will be with us very shortly and will continue the cell shaded animation theme that the first XIII was renowned for
