Stellaris: Utopia adds Megastructures (Wonders equivalents), habitat space stations, and speciesism. You’re now given finer control over the individual rights and privileges of the many species of alien races under your domain.
In addition to this Ascension Perks are being added to Stellaris: Utopia. These are granted as your species advances, letting you further evolve them and customise their advancement. You can pick between psionic, biological and synthetic paths, each with unique abilities.
