Servers wont connect for me, but even with bots, this game is fun. Fps drops hard in big battles where alot is going on, but it is still playable and enjoyable.

hey, it's working for me and here says it doesn't
on low settings I get good FPS on low 800x600 and its playable on 720p (about 40FPS)
my GPU is tuned to 720Mhz and mem clock is 890mhz (a little bit higher than defaults)
and yeah, $2.50 is a good deal!!

According to the in-game benchmark tool, I could manage around 30 FPS on Medium settings, although it played pretty smoothly on the default graphics settings. The only thing I changed was making it windowed.
Even so, I'm not impressed with this game. Good thing it's free for the weekend.

Umm... Is this game on PC also made on CryEngine 3 or only on consoles?

I am sure your rig can run this game, people run GTA 4 with the same GPU and cpu check youtube for more info, this games minimum requirements are GTA 4's recommended requirements so you should be able to run it at least on low. Update your drivers and download its demo to test it, check THQ site they have its beta link.Also this game uses cryengine so other cryengine games can give you some hint.
