Highly Unlikely, I can barely run the game on the lowest possible setting, Star trek online is a good surrogate. A little less graphical but is Highly addictive with countless hours of things todo. Best of all its free to download from steam.

You shoudl be able to run it on low-medium settings at your current resolution. If you aren't satisfied with the fps rate, reduce your resolution. ;)

Yes, you can run it just fine. The game is far from great, but if you do get it, since you have an AMD card, I suggest using the free Radeon Pro ver 1.1.1.0, turning off the actual in game V-Sync, then under tweaks in Radeon Pro, click triple buffering, V-sync always on, & set dynamic frame-rate to 30fps. This made the game smooth and playable for me on max settings at 1080p. This shouldn't be needed given my specs, but the game's glitch ridden even after updates. You can still walk through your teammate for instance, and enemies get stuck in walls. This is unacceptable by any standards.

I'm having unusual framerate issues with this game where it feels very choppy with all settings on high at 1080p. My drivers and specs are all very up to date. I'm using AMD catalyst 13.4 drivers and have no issues playing Crysis 3 on ultra with high textures in 3D using Tri-Def in side by side mode. It seems odd that this game would be an issue. Is there anything I can do about it?

If is pain in the a*s, uninstall would be the best choice. :p JK buddy! :)
Maybe is really badly optimized, try without AA and turn on VSync for locked fps rate.

Thanks for replying! I have to admit, it's a naturally glitchy game, where player models can literally walk through each other and PC co-op is broken on day one. It's also repetitive, but visually, it's not really as bad as I thought it would be, at least on PC. The framerate issues are still bad for me even after v-sync and no aa. Using Radeon Pro, I tried useing the vendor spoof for Nvidia and framerates were still inconsistent, but just a little bit better. I'd probably give this game a 5.2 out of 10. More if it wasn't so glitchy and derivative of far better cover based games.

I have an update for you, after giving up on this game for awhile, I went back to it & did the massive steam update. The game's still sub par, but co-op's been fixed, & the offline partner intelligence, while still bad, makes an effort to not get stuck to walls as much. Oddly I still had frame-rate issues, so I shut off in game v-sync all together, then left everything else on max settings at 1080p. I went into Radeon Pro ver 1.1.1.0, then turned off Nvidia vendor spoofing. Under tweaks, I clicked triple buffering, V-sync always on, & set dynamic frame-rate to 30fps. It's now smooth as silk.

With all of the quick Radeon Pro tweaks and the huge Steam update that made this game playable for me finally, I'd say it's now a 5.5 out of 10 for me. The co-op is it's saving grace, that and some decent lighting on the more detailed levels which gives it brief moments of immersion. It's crazy that setting the dynamic frame-rate to 30fps in Radeon Pro made it play without any choppiness at all. The average frame-rates never went below that at all and the 360 pad latency issues disappeared as well. This was definitely a game loaded with issues, many still unresolved after a big update.
