No. I struggle to get 50 FPS on lowest settings. You probably won't be able to run it very well at all.
Still, it's worth a try, if you are going to get it free with a GRID Autosport preorder on Steam.

Your requirements for my laptop are accurate but a little bit too high for me:)I can play the demo with medium settings and 2-3 things high,60 fps,1366x768,no AA,fxaa doesn't work :/

sorry u graphic card is lil below the minimum requirement so try it on low and if it doesnt give u playable fps,then its time to upgrade ur graphic card.:)
