Frostpunk requires a Radeon RX 580 4GB graphics card with a Core i5-4460 3.2GHz or FX-8350 processor to reach the recommended specs, achieving high graphics setting on 1080p. For your PC to completely meet the recommended requirements you will also need 8 GB system memory. To run Frostpunk even on low graphics settings your PC will require at least a 2GB GeForce GTX 660 / Radeon R7 370 with a Pentium Dual Core E5800 3.20GHz or Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+ CPU. This will return an average of 30 frames per second. Minimum RAM requirements are 8 GB system memory. Your graphics card will need to be capable of running DirectX 11.00.

did technically run it with my laptop I7-3632QM @2.2 ghz and amd hd 7630M which is probably not working either because of a hardware or a driver problem which explains why I am getting 2-5 fps

This requirements are bull****. I have a r7 370 and it says i cant play this game at recommended settings. This requirements made me sad and i had low expectations about the graphics and playability. I thought i cant even play the game at medium settings. Everything at high settings. 1080p res and i see 40-60 fps.

i have 6300hq and gtx 950m always crashing 720p lowest setting not well optimised.
i can play pubg but cant play frostpunk. 100 percent gpu usage and 90 degree heat causes crash. 30 fps 720p lowest.

There's a new release nvidia driver 397.31 optimizes frostpunk. It might help.

i updated but there is some vc redist error and i am waiting update from devs. there is all in one runtime installers on internet i used on of them but didnt work.
