It's the first Midnight Club for PC. Despite it's quite old (2003) it's great fun playing it. Pity there's no tuning, best features are ability to drive almost anywhere (drive through malls) and dense city traffic! There are 3 cities: Los Angeles, Paris, Tokio. You can take a car or motorbike.

To run Midnight Club 2 on high graphics settings your PC will require at least a 0MB GeForce 6500 / Radeon HD 2400 Pro PCI-E with a Pentium 4 2.0GHz or Athlon XP 2000+ CPU. The RAM requirements are at least a 256 MB memory. To be able to run at all you will need at least 128 MB system memory. Make sure your GPU can run DirectX 9 or Midnight Club 2 won’t run. Finally, Midnight Club 2 will need hardware that is a 15 year old PC or younger to run recommended.
